Complete hardware overhaul of three (3) 16’ x 16’ 100 year old wood sliding doors
| |
The customer struggled every day to close/open the sliding doors. Greasing the tracks would help for a short period of time but because of the dusty environment, the grease would absorb the dust and create a resistive force on the rollers.
| |
Eventually the tracks and rollers became so caked and the rollers severely damaged that the doors were nearly impossible to move.
| |
Recommended compressed air to blow out the tracks and rollers to reduce the amount of dust buildup over time.
